Hey no worries mate.
Unless i'm mistaken(which i defs could be), i think he's essentially describing "gravity" as actually resulting from the energy/forces generated by the total atomic composition of independent material objects and the interactions of these with other independent objects.
His theory seems to be related to electromagnetism, atomic/subatomic density, and 'Thermodynamic' "Entropy".(rate of heat loss/expansion)
Think of any common object you like, perhaps it's the computer or phone you're using right now.
It will no doubt appear as a solid/static object from our scale, it will appear as if unmoving—(😂unless some previously unknown tripped out anomaly is going on. Am joking)
Anyways, imagine this same object from a perspective at the atomic scale.
According to the mainstream sciences, shit gets real freaky at this scale.
In what we normally perceive as being solid material objects, at the atomic scale, apparently these same material objects are actually mostly empty space with the energetic forces of atomic bonds generating the necessary workload to enable "Dissipative Adaption"(basically the counteractive force to that of "Entropy")
*["Entropy"= matter naturally expends energy("heat") and the rate of this process equates to the potential rapidity the atomic composition of material seeks to expand. (😄Eg; shit wants to fly off in every possible direction-at all times.(ie; everything wants to explode.)]
*["Dissipative Adaption"= the interaction of external forces("workloads") upon material objects which essentially inhibits/restricts the rate of "Entropy" and what keeps things together.(🤔ya know, in a sense,...that sorta seems like an adequate description of "Gravity")]
*(If i recall correctly, Miles Mathis rejects the mainstream theories of 'Quantum Mechanics' as being deliberate hoaxes to mislead the masses, so i doubt he's included 'Quantum Thermodynamic Entropy' in his equations.)
*[oh, and fyi; i can't honestly-nor logically suggest as if i would know whether or not 'Quantum Mechanics'(or any of this) is legitimately accurate or otherwise, . . . so personally i currently neither reject nor accept any of these theories and until proven one way or another, i prefer continuing to maintain open-mindedness.]
Add: i ought to mention that there is a lot of controversy surrounding this Miles Mathis character and it'd be negligent of me if i failed to advise/recommend applying one's own independent discernment & to scrutinize(*as we all should) the absolute shite outta everything.
[*Ohhh,...and he's got a bit of a, . . . (🤔how should i put this). . . he's not very fond of those claiming to be the so-called "jews", yet in my opinion this shouldn't at all be automatically equated as invalidating nor disregarding his material.]
From what i've read, i reckon Miles Mathis has indeed written a great deal of insightful & fascinatingly uncommon material on a huge range of vastly different subjects.
Definitely worth taking a peek at his two websites-as well as his art too.(*one website is specific to challenging mainstream academia's established scientific materials, while the other is dedicated to practically everything else.)
*Edit: Added the gif, 😂but i dunno if it'll make sense.
